PRICING:  Basic Guidelines

Each project or placement is priced after we better understand the full scope, and access the available talent we have "ready to go" to successfully complete it, & develop a quote.

If you just need a remote solution or part-time help we have alternate "start up" type services that can save you office set up costs!  Use our systems & resources!

For your general budget planning for on-site accounting & financial services at your location:

Bookkeeping / bank reconciliations  $25/hour basic, $35/hr complex, $85/month minimum

Month end close, tax payments etc. when you have a qualified bookkeeper on staff: ~$40/hr, ...when you don't have that level talent, that rate runs ~ $50/hr (billed in 15 minute intervals with a minimum of $85/month) for small businesses, if the work can be done "remotely" from my office.  $75/hour to come to your location within 50 miles.

Standing in for a CFO, Clean up or "backfilling" a position open longer than 2 weeks:  $50/hr - $75/hr based on location /scope.

Other projects that require a degreed accountant, complex reconciliations, business advisory services, or a CPA run $50-100/hour. 

Special Project "experts" run $100-200/hr.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH: 20-25% off!

Most firms will charge 25%-30% of the first year salary.  Let Kim know what you have been paying & we may be able to beat it by up to 25% (This applies to positions > $40,000/yr). 

TEMP SERVICES: 15% off!

For contract or contract to hire situations, we will beat any Major Executive Recruiting firm's pricing by at least 15%.  Just show us their quotes or contracts!  (Some restrictions apply)

Kim has worked for firms that generally quote 100% on what they pay their talent.  We can offer VERY competitive solutions for you!  If you have a quote, we will try to beat it by 15% or more (note: every candidate project situation is different so these are rarely 'apples to apples').

Tax, Audit, Review and Compilation work is quoted based on the project scope as a whole.

TERMS & DISCOUNTS

Special terms can sometimes be arranged. 

In general, clients are billed weekly or monthly and bills are due upon receipt. 

Up front retainers may apply in certain CPA projects but are rare for recruiting situations.

Exceptions are based on client need, and are reserved for longer term business advisory type engagements. 

Non-profit discounts are available. 

Price Breaks may be given for referrals provided by the client during the course of a project.
